iPad is recommended for concession stand use β the larger screen makes it easy for volunteers to ring up sales quickly. iPhone works great as a backup or for mobile selling.

Create Your Stripe Account
Your funds go directly to your Stripe account β we never hold your money.
Stripe is one of the largest and most trusted payment processors in the world, used by companies like Amazon, Shopify, and Lyft. Spirit Pay connects to Stripe so your organization can accept card payments securely.
Your organization gets its own Stripe account (called a "Connected Account" under our platform). This means funds from card sales go directly into your Stripe account and pay out to your bank β we never hold your money.
Self-Service
Create your own Stripe account at stripe.com. It's free and takes about 15 minutes. You'll need your organization's EIN, a bank account, and a government-issued ID for verification.
Guided Setup
We walk you through the entire Stripe account creation process step by step β identity verification, bank linking, business details, everything. Included with any setup package.

Get Your Card Reader
The Stripe M2 reader accepts tap, chip, and swipe β wirelessly.
SpiritPay uses the Stripe M2 Bluetooth card reader to accept in-person payments. It connects wirelessly to your iPhone or iPad and supports tap (Apple Pay, Google Pay), chip, and swipe.
Order Through Us
We order the reader and manage it on our platform, configured for your location. Just turn it on and pair β no configuration needed. We handle registration, updates, and support.

Stripe requires a public website β we can build one for you.
As part of business verification, Stripe requires a public website that describes your organization β who you are, what you do, and how people can contact you. It doesn't need to be complex.
Already Have One
Great β just provide the URL during Stripe account setup. Make sure it includes your org name, a brief description, and contact information.
We'll Build One
Reach out and we'll build a simple, professional page for you at yourorg.townspirit.org. It includes your org info, a donation page, and everything Stripe needs to verify your business. Quick turnaround β usually within a few days.
Your TownSpirit subdomain page is purpose-built for Stripe verification and can be shared directly during your Stripe account setup.

You're set up β time to start selling.
Once your app is installed, Stripe is connected, your reader is paired, and your menu is loaded β you're ready to go. Open an event, hand the iPad to your volunteers, and watch the sales roll in.
